Team Greed
Greed makes his first appearance when he kills Himura's master in the first chapter. His trademark weapon is his scythe like katana (named kyoshin). He uses it to make powerful swipes and stroke aimed to take out his opponents in a single strike when possible. Greed is the kind of villain that will do ANYTHING to make his goals possible and destroy the competition or to grasp his desires.
Taro was once good friends with Himura and the rest, but after Greed came into the picture things changed. He sides with Greed, and now follows his and the corporation's orders loyally. He won't hesitate to follow his orders and will carry them out without fear or a second thought. His nunchaku have no equal. He's strong enough to fight against Himura and the rest. Even though they were once friends.
Ayane is the oldest female in Greed's team. She tends to follow the group and take orders, but as things go on she becomes stronger. Ayane's fighting style is a perfect match to Aoshi's. There's a strong connection between the two when they train together after Himura's group splits to train. She's faithful to those she cares about, and that sometimes causes problems with loyalties and friendships.
Chizuru is the little sister to Greed's group. She loves to have fun and get on Yutaro and Sousuke's nerves. However, she's close to Yaone and admires her like an older sister. Chizuru's weapon of choice is a huge katana (an odachi). Wielding this sword is easy since three of her limbs are mechanical like Himura's left. She was one of the first to be taken in by Greed when he assembled his team.
Mysterious and a man of few words. His fighting style is based on his high-powered revolver. During a past battle he lost his left arm, but that only gave him the strength to come ahead and become even stronger as a marksman. He's usually seen with a cigarette in his mouth. Yutaro tends to be fast reacting and a hot temper. He tends to get frustrated with Chizuru when she's in one of her annoying moods.
He's as hot tempered has Makoto. He's always got his over sized sword on his back. He loves to be in charge, but is usually over shadowed by Yutaro or Taro who are both seen as superior in Greed's eyes. Sousuke's swings are powerful enough to bring down walls and entire trees in a single swing. His skill and power are the grunt force behind Team Greed. He waits for his moment to shine, and will take orders till he can show his true strength.
